Nomination Process
- Self-Nomination is allowed.
- Nominator can nominate self or others (Individual/Team/Organization) for the work and contribution done in the field of Education, Medical & Community Healthcare and Social Services.
- The nominee must be from Rajasthan who has contributed to the field of Education, Medical & Community Healthcare and Social Services primarily in the last 2 years.
- The recommendation can only be made by filling the nomination form which is available on the official website of the Change Maker Humanity Award.
- Nominator must fill the reason for nomination while filling the nomination form.
- Nominator may also provide 2 reference letters of not more than 200 words each (Optional).
- Nominator must upload all the supporting documents before submitting the nomination form as per the list of documents.
- Nominator must read and understand all the terms and conditions before submitting the nomination form.
‘Teaching and Learning Processes’ - Education – School (Grade I-VIII)
This award category is to honor the contribution of an Individual/ Team/ Organization who has made a significant impact in the field and practice of teaching and learning through the development of teaching practices, software, technological devices for primary and middle schools (Grade I-VIII) in the state of Rajasthan over the last two years.Eligibility Criteria:
Those meeting the mandatory requirements and any 2 of the additional requirements is eligible to be nominated, supported by the appropriate documents as per the List of Documents.
Mandatory Requirements:
- The nominee must have been in the field of education for a minimum of 5 years.
- The nominee must have qualification/certification in the field of education.
Additional Requirements:
- Developing innovative cost-effective teaching and learning practices/software/technological devices to create an enabling environment
- Through the educator's/organization’s contribution to the teaching and learning processes, education was made accessible to more learners during the pandemic
- Contribution to the development of teaching aids, textbooks and other teaching materials for the benefit of classes I to VIII (primary and middle school)
- Joined training programs to enhance their own online teaching skills and knowledge. Used the new skills to contribute to the training and development of other educators during the pandemic to promote engaging learner-centered teaching.
- Exemplifying the values and practiced the principles of humanistic education in his/her own behavior
- Contributed to the wholistic well-being of all stakeholder communities

‘Inclusive Education – Differently Abled’ - Education - School (Grade I – VIII)
This award is given in recognition of an Individual / Team/ Organization who has made a significant and lasting impact in the differently abled learners’ education in primary and middle schools (Grade I-VIII) in the state of Rajasthan in the last two years.Eligibility Criteria:
Those meeting the mandatory requirements and any 2 of the additional requirements is eligible to be nominated, supported by the appropriate documents as per the List of Documents.
Mandatory Requirements:
- The nominee must have been in the field of education for a minimum of 5 years.
- The nominee must have qualification/certification in the field of education.
Additional Requirements:
- Developing innovative teaching and learning practices (including technology) to make education more accessible for differently abled learners
- Promoted hands-on skilled based training at the school level to empower differently abled learners
- Creating a platform and providing support for differently abled learners to be integrated into mainstream education.
- Sensitizing and taking positive action to create an inclusive learning environment for differently abled learners at the primary and middle school level (Grade I- VIII).
- Played a significant role in increasing enrollment of differently abled learners at the primary and middle school level (Grade I-VIII).
- Contribution to the development of teaching aids, textbooks and materials for the benefit of differently abled school students. Ensuring barrier free access through infrastructural support (ramps/washrooms/railings etc.) (Grade I- VIII)
- Exemplifying the values and practiced the principles of humanistic education in his/her own behavior

‘Inclusive Education – Underprivileged Students’ - Education - School (Grade I – VIII)
This award is given in recognition of an Individual / Team/ Organization who has made a significant and lasting impact in the underprivileged learners’ education at the primary and middle school level (Grade I-VIII) in the last two years in the state of Rajasthan.Eligibility Criteria:
Those meeting the mandatory requirements and any 2 of the additional requirements is eligible to be nominated, supported by the appropriate documents as per the List of Documents.
Mandatory Requirements:
- The nominee must have been in the field of education for a minimum of 5 years.
- The nominee must have qualification/certification in the field of education.
Additional Requirements:
- Developing innovative programs to make education more accessible for underprivileged learners (poverty) at the primary and middle school level (Grade I – VIII) during the pandemic
- Spearheaded a program to provide technological devices and support to underprivileged learners to help them continue their online learning during the pandemic
- Provided financial and social support to the parents of primary and middle school (Grade I-VIII) learners to increase enrollment and reduce dropouts (particularly first-generation learners)
- Helping primary and middle school (Grade I-VIII) students from weaker economic sections of society to join education through scholarships/ freeships.
- Contribution to the development of low-cost teaching aids, textbooks and materials for the benefit of under-privileged school students (Grade I- VIII)
- Exemplifying the values and practiced the principles of humanistic education in his/her own behavior

‘Inclusive Education – Gender Equity’ - Education - School (Grade I – VIII)
This award is given in recognition of an Individual/ Team/ Organization who has made a significant and lasting impact in the education of the girl child in the state of Rajasthan at the primary and middle school (Grades I – VIII) in the last two years.Eligibility Criteria:
Those meeting the mandatory requirements and any 2 of the additional requirements is eligible to be nominated, supported by the appropriate documents as per the List of Documents.
Mandatory Requirements:
- The nominee must have been in the field of education for a minimum of 5 years.
- The nominee must have qualification/certification in the field of education.
Additional Requirements:
- Developing programs and schemes aimed at parents/guardians of all genders to increase enrollment in primary and middle school level (Grade I-VIII).
- Creating a safe, supportive, inclusive and enabling environment for all genders at the school level through the implementation of concrete action programs/ development of facilities.
- Promoting programs to provide educational support to all genders and help them join mainstream education .
- Sensitization and awareness of all stakeholders to accomplish the objective of gender equity.
- Exemplifying the values and practiced the principles of humanistic education in his/her own behavior.
- Policy for ensuring safety or freedom from violence/discrimination for all genders.
- Ensuring equitable access, participation and use of resources by all stakeholders .
