Nomination Process

Self-Nomination is allowed.
Nominator can nominate self or others (Individual/Team/Organization) for the work and contribution done in the field of Education, Medical & Community Healthcare and Social Services.
The nominee must be from Rajasthan who has contributed to the field of Education, Medical & Community Healthcare and Social Services primarily in the last 2 years.
The recommendation can only be made by filling the nomination form which is available on the official website of the Change Maker Humanity Award.
Nominator must fill the reason for nomination while filling the nomination form.
Nominator may also provide 2 reference letters of not more than 200 words each (Optional).
Nominator must upload all the supporting documents before submitting the nomination form as per the list of documents.
Nominator must read and understand all the terms and conditions before submitting the nomination form.

‘Teaching and Learning Processes’ - Education – University

This award category is to honor the contribution of an Individual/ Team/ Organization who has made a significant impact in the field and practice of teaching and learning through the development of teaching practices, software, technological devices at the University level in the state of Rajasthan over the last two years.

Eligibility Criteria:

Those meeting the mandatory requirements and any 2 of the additional requirements is eligible to be nominated, supported by the appropriate documents as per the List of Documents.

Mandatory Requirements:

The nominee must have been in the field of education for a minimum of 5 years
The nominee must have qualification/certification in the field of education.

Additional Requirements:

Developing innovative low-cost teaching and learning practices/software/technological devices to create an enabling environment
Through the educators’/organization’s contribution to the teaching and learning processes, education was made accessible to more learners during the pandemic
Contribution to professional literature (e.g., has published highly respected work; is a frequently cited source in books and journals; has created a body of work that has enhanced the practice of education)
Joined training programs to enhance their own online teaching skills and knowledge. Used the new skills to contribute to the training and development of other educators during the pandemic to promote engaging learner-centered teaching.
Exemplifying the values and practiced the principles of humanistic education in his/her own behavior

‘Inclusive Education – Differently Abled’ - Education – University

This award is given in recognition of an Individual/ Team/ Organization who has made a significant and lasting impact in the differently abled learners’ education in the state of Rajasthan in the last two years.

Eligibility Criteria:

Those meeting the mandatory requirements and any 2 of the additional requirements is eligible to be nominated, supported by the appropriate documents as per the List of Documents.

Mandatory Requirements:

The nominee must have been in the field of education for a minimum of 5 years.
The nominee must have qualification/certification in the field of education.

Additional Requirements:

Developing innovative teaching and learning practices (including technology) to make education more accessible for differently abled learners.
Promoted innovative employability skills-based training programs at the university level to empower differently abled learners.
Creating a platform and providing support for differently abled learners in job placements and career development.
Sensitizing and taking positive action to create an inclusive learning environment for differently abled learners.
Played a significant role in increasing enrollment of differently abled learners at the university level.

‘Inclusive Education – Underprivileged Students’ - Education – University

Eligibility Criteria:

Those meeting the mandatory requirements and any 2 of the additional requirements is eligible to be nominated, supported by the appropriate documents as per the List of Documents.

Mandatory Requirements:

The nominee must have been in the field of education for a minimum of 5 years.
The nominee must have qualification/certification in the field of education.

Additional Requirements:

Developing innovative programs to make education more accessible for underprivileged learners at the university level during the pandemic.
Spearheaded a program to provide technological devices and support to underprivileged learners to help them continue their online learning during the pandemic.
Provide vocational/employability skills development training to learners from economically challenged first generation learners.
Helping learners from weaker socio-economic sections of society to join mainstream college education.
Contribution to professional literature (e.g., has published highly respected work; is a frequently cited source in books and journals; has created a body of work that has enhanced the practice of education).

‘Inclusive Education – Gender Equity’ - Education – University

This award is given in recognition of an Individual/ Team/ Organization who has made a significant and lasting impact in the women’s education in the state of Rajasthan at the tertiary level in the last two years.

Eligibility Criteria:

Those meeting the mandatory requirements and any 2 of the additional requirements is eligible to be nominated, supported by the appropriate documents as per the List of Documents.

Mandatory Requirements:

The nominee must have been in the field of education for a minimum of 5 years.
The nominee must have qualification/certification in the field of education.

Additional Requirements:

Creating a safe, supportive, and enabling environment for all genders at the university level through the implementation of concrete action programs/facilities.
Empowering all genders through skills development/vocational training programs to help them secure gainful employment
Developing innovative programs and schemes to increase enrollment of all genders at the university level
Promoting programs to increase enrollment and reduce drop out of all genders in tertiary level education.
Provide financial aid and scholarship to encourage learners of all genders to join post-graduate and doctoral studies
Sensitization and awareness of all stakeholders to accomplish the objective of gender equity

‘Lifetime Achievement’ - Education – University

This award is to recognize and honor the outstanding contributions of an educator who has contributed to the lives of students, peers, and juniors through their excellence in teaching, research, and innovative, humanistic, and transformative thought leadership in the field of education in Rajasthan for at least 25 years.

Eligibility Criteria:

Those meeting the mandatory requirements and any 4 of the additional requirements is eligible to be nominated, supported by the appropriate documents as per the List of Documents.

Mandatory Requirements:

The nominee must have been in the field of education for a minimum of 25 years.
The nominee must be a qualified educator.

Additional Requirements:

Teaching, training and being a thought leader who has significantly contributed to the development of the field, practice of humanistic education and worked to provide quality education to all in the state of Rajasthan.
An individual who is dedicated to fostering a new generation of society leaders/global citizens through teaching, training, and mentoring.
Pioneering innovative educational action programs to promote social awareness, community development, national integration, and harmony.
Contribution to professional literature (e.g., has published highly respected work; is a frequently cited source in books and journals; has created a body of work that has enhanced the practice of education)
Development of innovative low-cost teaching aids and materials (e.g., e-books etc) for the benefit of learners esp. less privileged, differently abled and women.
Promoted the UN Sustainable Development Goals (directly or indirectly) through different programs.
Spearheading innovative programs to increase enrollment, reduce dropouts to bring back learners to the realm of higher education .

‘Edu Leader’ - Education – University

This award is given in recognition of an Individual/ Team/ Organization who has made a significant and lasting impact in the promotion of education at the tertiary level in the state of Rajasthan over the last two years.

Eligibility Criteria:

Those meeting the mandatory requirements and any 4 of the additional requirements is eligible to be nominated, supported by the appropriate documents as per the List of Documents.

Mandatory Requirements:

The nominee must have been in the field of education for a minimum of 5 years.
The nominee must have qualification/certification in the field of education.

Additional Requirements:
