The nominations will be opened from 15th December 2021 till 15th February 2022.

Yes, Self-Nomination is allowed. Nominator can nominate self or others (Individual/Team/Organization).

The Change Maker Humanity Award is dedicated to the unsung protagonists in the fields of Education (School & University) / Medical & Community Healthcare, and Social Services.

The nominees for the Change Maker Humanity Award can only be from Rajasthan.

There is no fee applicable for nomination or throughout the nomination process.

A person can submit as many nominations as they wish to, providing the nominees are meeting the eligibility criteria.

There are three broad award categories in the field of Education:

Education – University : This field has 6 award categories.

  • Teaching and Learning Processes
  • Inclusive Education – Differently Abled
  • Inclusive Education – Underprivileged Students
  • Inclusive Education – Gender Equity
  • Lifetime Achievement
  • Edu Leader

Education – School (Grade I – VIII) : This field has 4 award categories.

  • Teaching and Learning Processes
  • Inclusive Education – Differently Abled
  • Inclusive Education – Underprivileged Students
  • Inclusive Education – Gender Equity

Education – School (Grade IX – XII) : This field has 5 award categories.

  • Teaching and Learning Processes
  • Inclusive Education – Differently Abled
  • Inclusive Education – Underprivileged Students
  • Inclusive Education – Gender Equity
  • Principal of the Year
There are 8 categories in the field of Medical & Community Healthcare .
There is only one category in the field of Social Services .

Once you submit the nomination form, a window will open on your screen stating “Nomination successfully submitted. A confirmation email is sent to both the nominator and the nominee on the given email addresses. Please check your mailbox for the confirmation email.”

The nominator must ensure that all the supporting documents are uploaded as per the list of documents while filling the nomination form. These documents will help us understand the profound work of the nominee, thereby facilitate the selection process.

The eligibility criteria differ for each category which can be read under the each field of Nominations menu.

The winners will be informed by Mid – March 2022.

The award ceremony will be held in Jaipur. The venue details will be shared closer to the date of the event.
